I can't say enough about MJ and his crew at the Countyline Ridgeland store. I walked into the store after receiving extremely horrible service at a previous T-MOBILE store. Everyone at this Ridgeland store was engaging, worked together, resolved my issue and restored my faith in T-Mobile and confirmed why I am 21 year customer of T-Mobile.
The staff was thorough, explained everything well, and suggested promotional deals. Great service!
John and I went to this location and was greeted by MJ, Jesus and Miracle. It was the best experience we have ever had at any phone providers. We were in and out so quickly and they were extremely knowledgeable unlike ALL the other providers we had been to in the past. Thank you MJ and Jesus!!!!
People, just don’t. They suck. And they’re rude.
I love the ambiance of this store. Friendly associates very attentive and knowledgeable about their products. It was an easy transition over to t-mobile thanks to Marcus Judge and I’m eager to learn more. Keep up the great work team.!!
