Roberto was amazing. Everyone else seemed like they just wanted sales they didn’t want to troubleshoot. They try to avoid it as much as possible. Roberto is the only competent one who figures everything out. Thank you so much Roberto. We travel from further distance just to get someone who’s competent. Never answer the phone. Tight location with not a lot of parking. Don’t even have phones in the store, have to wait for them to be shipped. Everything is overpriced. Not a lot of selection for phone cases and accessories, just have a 1 color scheme that fits all. It’s boring and uncreative garbage. Most employees are not long tenured so there isn’t a lot of experience in the store. Just the world we live in now but I won’t support it.

The worst experience I have ever had at any store. Went in to get a new phone and what seemed to be the store manager greeted me in an annoyed way, sent me off to find some PIN and then completely ignored me and started chatting with another person. Asked some other dude for help, then went through about two and a half hours of the most arduous and confusing wild goose chase I’ve ever been on.
