I had an issue with trying to access a label for trade-in that had accidentally been thrown away. I had called support a couple of times and had no luck. Jasmine and Dylan at this store were completely great. They took ownership of the issue and elevated it up the chain. Went there recently and couldn't figure out what was going on with my phone and couldn't proceed without a physical ID which I get but they failed to inform me of store closure.( It was around 1:30 pm at this time) So I took time out of my day to drive home come back just for them to tell me they were closed. Which is pretty frustrating when youve had a day to begin with. I have had T mobile for 10 years, 2 years with the Magenta plan. Super price for 2 people. Today I took in a new/used IPhone 13 to replace a IPhone 8. Edgar was super helpful. Transferred all the data over and changed the sim card. Help install the simple 4 digit password and not the 6 digit. In all about 15 minutes of activity and the phone is working great. Now the wife has 5g. LOL Plus the IPhone 8 will be used around the house with wifi.
If you are not the main person on your account, do not bother going in. They won't do anything anyway
