I’m very disappointed with my experience at this T-Mobile store. I came in to return my routers, exactly as my email from T-Mobile instructed — it clearly said I could bring them back to any T-Mobile store. Instead, the employee told me I needed to take them to UPS myself. She even said that if I had four routers, it would be “a lot of work” for them because they would have to do multiple transactions, so it would be easier for me to box them up and send them to UPS. I was visiting form out of state and had to return a phone I had purchased in Delaware. Igor greeted me with a smile and skillfully located my account and completed the entire transaction without any delay, allowing me to continue to enjoy my time in this beautiful area.
