I hardly go in store for any service but, I had a few different things I needed help with, including switching my parent into my account. Ryan was persistent that everything I needed help with I could do over the phone and he was limited in basically helping with everything I needed. The only thing he could do was take my payment on behalf of my parent, which was already past due with some fees. Just wanted to pick up something on T Mobile Tuesday. I’ve had T mobile employees just hand me the item no questions asked when I walked in a store to asked for an item on a Tuesday. However, the employee at this location wanted me to wait in line behind 2 people.
I went today to the store, the manager was so awesome. He was honest, abd patiently took his time with me. A great store.
Very helpful and knowledge focused staff with great products in mobile industry
