I love this location! Ryan O. helped me with my upgrade. Very nice and friendly. The whole staff team was working hard too! I can't imagine working retail these days but these guys handle things very well. I appreciate the help from them every time I go in. THANK YOU!
Snooty sales person made a rude comment about my cell phone having a crack in the corner right in front of everyone. I was there to look at getting a new phone. I never asked about a trade in since I didn't even know about it. She was really out of touch with the customer base. I'll shop somewhere classier.
