Repeatedly sent me texts for free line - went and got a new line then was billed . Had to go twice to try to get it rectified and they never fixed it. They sent me a text on Sept 22nd and October 14th - got the line on October 7th and they said the date I set it up was outside the promotion date and it was two separate promos even though the last text said “you still have time to get your free line” implying it was the same promo dates. I’m pissed. Horrible service from T-Mobile corporate.
Both times I have been to this store I've had the pleasure of working with Amanda. The first time she spent a lot of time helping me only to not have the phone I wanted so she called stores near us to find the phone I wanted for me. This time, I was coming in to do my trade in. Excellent customer service, great suggestions
I hardly go in store for any service but, I had a few different things I needed help with, including switching my parent into my account. Ryan was persistent that everything I needed help with I could do over the phone and he was limited in basically helping with everything I needed. The only thing he could do was take my payment on behalf of my parent, which was already past due with some fees. Just wanted to pick up something on T Mobile Tuesday. I’ve had T mobile employees just hand me the item no questions asked when I walked in a store to asked for an item on a Tuesday. However, the employee at this location wanted me to wait in line behind 2 people.
