ABSOLUTELY THE WORST SPRINT STORE IVE EVER VISITED! Don't waste your time going there..the manager i delt with was Rude, Cocky, and had NO idea what he was doing..He acted like he was too good to be waiting on a person of color!! I was going to drop Sprint as a provider because of his actions and demeanor but I ended up getting help at a different Sprint store from a competent clerk who Quickly and Easily solved my problem. I will be taking this up with Sprint admin and filing a FORMAL COMPLAINT!!
Very helpful this visit... Last visit they sold me service that doesn't work in my area, even after I asked several times if they're service was good in rural areas. THAT was annoying... But these sales people helped me return my device and were very polite.
