We've been sprint customers for over 10 years and have had several bad experiences however still remained customers until now. We are about to leave Sprint after this latest horrific experience and the lack of good customer service. I would not recommend Sprint to anyone looking for a cell phone carrier. Here's why over the years we have had several incorrect bills. We've never changed plans but may occasions our bill was still incorrect.
