TERRIBLE customer service
RecommendedReluctantly, today we upgraded our family phones. In the end we all walked out with new Iphone 8’s. The staff store in Merriam; Manager Ramiro and ASM Miranda took the time to look over our “Grandfathered Plan” and helped us learn and pick out newer phones. They moved all our information from one phone to the other and put on screen protectors and cases.
