Worst service ever after Cartier jones told me to call customer care for help he then argued with sprint customer care and claimed that this leawood store (closest to sprint hdqtr a) is not going to do what they recommended. So now the matter has to be escalated. Why tell you to call customer care if they are going to ignore the sprint customer care? They just think you will tire of all the waiting and give up.
