I had a fantastic experience at T-Mobile yesterday afternoon. I went in expecting a quick process, but thanks to Darryl and Ty, what could have been a stressful situation turned into a smooth, seamless iPhone upgrade. They were incredibly helpful, professional, and communicative, ensuring I understood all my options and was kept in the loop every step of the way. I really appreciated their patience and excellent customer service. This is exactly why I am a loyal T-Mobile customer and continue to choose this branch.
Took our t mobile home internet box back to them since it barely worked anyways on Dec 14th and today we get a bill from them saying we owe for the box since it wasn't returned. Called and talked to a rep named Michael and he told us the box has been in the warehouse but not scanned in. It has been 2 months and this is the type of service they give?
