We went in to upgrade our phones and were told no offer existed for our plan, contrary to what was listed online.
As far as customer experience goes, they’re severely lacking. A dull “I’ll be with you as soon as a I can” with no eye contact or checking in over the duration of the wait. Not enough staff members to accommodate the floor or small issues, instead all associates are preoccupied with customers that need a significant amount of time. I find it unnecessary to wait this amount of time for a SIM card but I have no choice but to sit here.
