The inept staff at the 173 Los Altos location, formerly a sprint store all need some serious training, or a boot to the curb. they are rude, have a complete lack of any tech knowledge, and have a habit of signing you up for things you did not want nor ask for. The manager is the worst of all. He could not answer a single question, kept talking to his employee about useless personal junk while 'helping' only to tell me my new sim card is 'missing then sign me up for insurance I DID NOT ASK FOR NOR AGREE TO.
