Long story short. Talk to worker there. Told her I needed phone fix, cracked screen. First told it would be an hour, then told it would be shipped out and would be given a “loaner phone. Then I called apple store, told bring it in and they fixed it...same day. Last time I go here for anything

Don't go to Sprint they just charged 1200 my card and now I have to wait a 7-11 days to get it back and they don't care. That's after a 5 hour wait and we didn't even get our service.
