Great, fast service!
Got new plans and service from another carrier that i had for years. Experience was great, i was able to keep my old numbers migrated. All my questions got answered and i felt like all interaction was genuine and dealt with the utmost care despite a few minor technical setbacks from my part and carrier. The customer is always wrong here. I got rude responses, attitude, and flat out insinuated that I don't know how to read - because THEY got the contract wrong. Shady deals, poor service, an "I'm too good for our customers" demeanor and more. DISCLAIMER: If you get a phone from them, have them HIGHLIGHT the contract where it says how you will own the phone.
