Very poor customer service... do not pay the insurance threw them they will find every reason in the book to not replace ur phone!!!
Seven employees not one working. Well over six customers watching them twiddle their thumbs on their phones. And socialize with each other. After spending an hour and a half and getting nothing accomplished at the store I must say. All these employees should we rode up for misconduct and not doing their job
Was so rude smh. Didn’t really care to explain anything on how my new phone works or setup . I miss the sprint experience
RecommendedSprint does the best it can. We all have expectations for perfect service BUT that is not a reality. Today (June 6, 2020), the problem was solved in 90 seconds!!
Sprint store on 114 an dodge practices fraudulent sales practices Lance W talked us into an absolutely free iPad but forgot to mention the $20 monthly fee that goes with it also forged a contract that I had never seen before where my signature supposedly was there was a single line scrawl I never sign like that... after years of being a loyal customer they screwed me luckily it was 12 days so I was able to return the iPad however they charged me a $45 dollar restocking fee or they would freeze my phone... and the manager ste... read more

Today I have the perfect service from Miss Marrissa. Although she has difficulties in me, she is very enthusiastic to help me finish her work as a good employee I know her very much !!!
Went in yesterday to upgrade my iPhone 6s to an 8+. Got in smoothly, customer service was great 👍🏽Had a hiccup getting my info from one phone to another, but they gave it another shot and it’s been smooth sailing ever since! This store is pretty cool, thank you all! Also got to see a Pokémon gathering since the store is a gym 😂
