The worst organization I have ever had the misfortune of doing business with. I was in the store for an hour and a half waiting for them to help me- they claimed to have diagnosed my phone and fixed my hot spot which STILL will not connect all while no one did anything to assist the entire time I was there. Then at close they tell me to come back tomorrow if I want someone to look at my phone. I’m in complete shock with what I experienced in the store today. not over book there appointments haven Management on site while the store is open every day whether to assistant manager or manager
We got a new SIM card, which they registered, but it didn’t work. We had to call Sprint from a different phone to get it to work. Then we found out from calling Sprint that the info an insurance worker gave us there was incorrect
False accusation and discrimination against customers with disability failure of effective communication.
Sprint is a joke. On numerous occasions I had asked to have different services adjusted. Instead of adjusting sprint would just keep charging me for things that were supposed to be removed. The coverage here is horrible in different places around the state it wasn't even worth having a phone. I was with sprint for 8 years and switched last year to Verizon. It's better to pay a little more and actually get a phone that has service when you need it.
