I came in for a cheap replacement phone. They told me that the cheapest would be $20 a month, but they would throw in two watches. Told them I dont need watches. Said they would give me two tablets instead, dont need tablets just want to replace phone. Told me that the prices online were fake and only apply to new accounts (lie). I went down the street to T-Mobile. T-Mobile got me what I needed for $5 a month, no BS, no trying to scam me like the 9th St Sprint.

I would technically give zero stars but that is not an option. I've had my Sprint account for almost 9 years, same plan and everything. My son decides he wants to open his own account to build credit so we canceled 2 lines (his and his brother's). He takes both of their phones and uses them as trades (which is what they were told they could do). Well I have been battling since the end of July to get my account corrected. It still is not. Horrible customer service, make sure you double check what you sign and when you refuse something make sure you have PROOF you didn’t leave the store with it or they’ll charge you for it to fill a quota

I love, love, love this Sprint store!! Very friendly and helpful employees!! The only Sprint store I go to. Manager is great and John has been most helpful to me. Always polite and never puts me down no matter what I need!!
