I just became a customer of T-Mobile, 16 days ago. Seems I dropped my S23 Ulttra one too many times. I went to T-Mobile on hopes of financing the new S24 ultra. My credit not being the best due to a divorce I could not get financed. I ended up with a crappy cheap phone because I had no idea they had an "iPhone 16pro on us" promotion going on since September. I was on vacation and visited this store to get help with my account. I stood in the store for almost 30 minutes without even being acknowledged. THIRTY MINUTES. Not a "hi" not a "we'll be right with you" It was like I was invisible (and I'm 6' 7"!). I finally just walked out and went to the next nearest store and was helped immediately. Zero stars. They need to do better.
