Absolutely the worst customer service. They told us that our plan would be way cheaper than it was with AT&T but it wasnt. I Talked with the manager of the store about it, They told us that thry would elevate it and said they would touch base with us in a few days. I contacted them a few days later with no response. Also have had issues with our service since switching. I would never recommend switching to T-Moible to anyone.

Her exceptional customer service shines the minute you walk thru the door. She goes the extra mile for everyone.
