I wouldn't advise ordering from tmobile. If it doesn't come they still charge you until they find out if your lying about not receiving the package. NEVER GO TMOBILE if you can't remember your PIN, forget about doing anything. T-mobile absolutely SUCKS!!
After the experience at Rochester T Mobile we decided to try T Mobile in Dover and I am happy to say it was a very different experience. We have not lost faith yet! We purchased their Gateway and Extender in Rochester but the staff in Rochester could not find the sku to charge us for it!!! So Dover had the answers we needed to get our internet working with a fabulous staff ...Ana, McKenzie and Janean got the equipment, set it up and all we had to do when we got home was to simply plug it in!
