RecommendedI am an AT&T customer. I cracked my screen on my S8 this past weekend. The staff was great! Their $49 deal is legit. The guy who repaired my screen was very thorough (can't believe I didn't get his name!) I was half expected there to be a bait and switch, but I was wrong. They even replaced my battery. This is having me seriously consider moving my family plan to Sprint.
This is the SECOND time money has been STOLEN!
I don't recommend Sprint at the Cranston, RI location. Worst customer service I have ever dealt with.

Worst in customer service and cell service. 10 +YEARS a loyal customer and for over a year I didn't have service for the 5 lines I was paying for. Not once did they do anything about it. Biggest ripoff ever! Then they took money out if my account without authorization. They wanted me to pay for high-speed internet to be able to use their service that I was already paying for...how does that even make sense? No deal on my bill...just kept over-charging for service I couldn't even use
Absolutley the utmost customer service I uave ever recieved from a wireless store. Mike z not only gave me a great deal on upgrading my phone but an even better price for adding a line for my business as well as free cases and accessories to go with my phones. He knew exactly what he was selling and was extremley friendly and overall a nice group of guys even the manager. Showed such great customer service with every customer that walked in the door.
