Spent 2 days trying to get my phone at this store. They made me purchase storage in order to get all of my items from my previous phone onto my new one. They said they would call when everything was backed up. They did not! I explained to them how important my content from my previous phone was and asked them to make sure they call before they do anything with the phone. they are slow and you always have to go to kirkwood high way a 2 hour ride and the technician leaves early so sad maybe they could put a store in dover not right got to travel so far

I’ve had the worst customer service experience from this store since I bought my phone at the end of April. I’ve tried to give them the benefit of the doubt, but tonight after the store manager not showing up for our SCHEDULED meeting, I don’t know that they can redeem themselves! Also, Dave at the Kirkwood highway store shouldn’t be working in customer service because he absolutely is not friendly, caring, or helpful! Hopefully, the district manager can get this all sorted out.
