I took Yuval’s Tuesday evening class and had an absolute blast! I was pretty nervous as I hadn’t done a spin class before, but she helped me set up my bike and told me that I could turn down the resistance or take a breather if it was too intense. The class itself was really fun! An absolute workout with great pumped up tunes that left me with a smile on my face and my legs feeling like jelly (in a good way). I’m definitely keen on coming back. Thanks Yuval for the great class!
I joined Sprinnt in January 2024 and highly recommend it. Having a bike delivered and set up in your house makes it so much easier to fit in exercise around family commitments. A very professional and friendly service that provides the accountability I need to keep exercising and group environment I prefer. Thanks Yossi and team!
