No Help, No cash allowed. They only use digital kiosk which is stupid. Don't wanna make money this is the way to do it. Update.... Hahaha ha closing down cause you'll went downhill, no cash, smaller cupcakes, full digital order screens no more people to help you. That's what you get ignore customers, upcharge, and give less food is what you get a a company.

Purchased two cupcakes and neither was impressive but they were overpriced.. The two girls working didn’t acknowledge us at all and had their backs turned to us during our entire ordering on the kiosk process. Then one put the two cupcakes in a box, asked if I was Tim, I said yes, she handed me the box and said have a nice night. So to sum it all up, underwhelming cupcakes, terrible service, and no atmosphere. Won’t make this mistake again.

Strangely the same experience as many others have stated - went in the store and was not welcomed. Felt very much like nuisance when asking a question. Found a few cupcakes we were going to order, but decided to not bother with it because the vibes were so off. Have been there in the past and enjoyed the cupcakes, just wish the atmosphere didn't feel so cold.
