I paid for a combination Backflow Test and Blowout in April. In the fall I received a call saying they would be in the area of my rental on October 23. I said that would work, and asked them to call me first, so that I could be there. I did not receive a call on the 23rd, but was not too surprised because in a previous year they had failed to call. Unfortunately I have to give a 1 star review for Sprinklers Northwest. The people I interacted with (Kyle and Caleb) were polite and friendly. So much so that Caleb even said that since we have a new build house that he would throw in our first blowout for free this October. I didn’t ask for this but he just offered. Of course I accepted.
