I had Sprinklers NW complete my new build home backyard, the entire experience from start to finish was excellent. The communication with the foreman Kris was clear and prompt(via email) their preferred method. The work was handled by their crews quickly and with minimal disturbance to my existing front landscape. Any small problems after the job completion were handled without delay or issue. I'm quite happy with the finished product.
White F150 on the south hill was driving like a huge jerk! Seeing how the other reviews are I can only guess how the service is.
Honestly just had an incredible experience!! They sent Nicholas out to help us fix a leak. He knew right away was the issue was. Fixed it. Then went above and beyond, checked all of our heads to make sure they were aimed correctly. He also made sure we had a back flow test recent. Our home is new and never had one so he did that for us to make sure we have safe drinking water! Truly grateful for how he handled us!
Great work, people and management. Went above our expectations, which were high. Did extra work to keep us happy. No one better at landscaping
