I've had a wonderful experience from Northwest; getting sprinklers installed into an existing system. Corey and Beau came out and got new heads installed, replaced some heads and explained everything thoroughly. Now I have complete coverage getting the water where it should be. Where do I even begin? I purchased my home two months ago and inherited a maintenance agreement with Sprinklers NW from the previous homeowner, including a backflow test and seasonal prep. I left two voicemails to confirm—both were mysteriously “lost.” That set the tone for everything that followed.
