I initially thought that I had a problematic solenoid for one of our irrigation zones. I contacted Mary at Sprinklers Northwest and explained the issue, along with the fact that we were going to be out of town soon and wanted to be sure that our lawn and plants received adequate watering to stay healthy. Disappointed. We used this company because our builder had already contracted with them for the front yard, so it kept it easy to have them do our backyard. We paid extra for a care package, but they never once came back to fertilize or re-seed our backyard, and have not returned my husband's calls or emails. It sucks because it's now summer and our yard is still unusable. My hope is someone with this company sees this review and gets ahold of us to actually finish work on our backyard, although at this point I think we'd be... read more
Beau, Cory, and Nicholas modified our sprinkler system today by adding some new heads and splitting off some others onto a different station. They were efficient, professional, pleasant, respectful, and knowledgeable. They took good care of our existing landscaping and did a proper cleanup afterwards. We are VERY PLEASED with their work and couldn't be happier with the result. We highly recommend this outstanding team!
Very disappointed. I was informed that sprinklers northwest would turn on my sprinklers for me. Sure enough, they didn’t. In fact they neglected to visit my neighbours also because I noticed their grass turning yellow also. Well I get a hold of their phone number and no one answers my phone. Meanwhile, my grass is going into drought hibernation and I’m anxiously getting worried it won’t wait much longer to get water since it was likely not watered for a couple weeks.
