Prepaid a year long contract with Sprinklers ARE Us. Had trouble getting a winterization appointment scheduled. Once we had an appointment scheduled, and my husband took work off to be present, no one showed up. No call. No email. No service. After leaving three voicemails, we received an emailed appointment. No one showed up at that time either. No call. No email. No service. Two hours after the second appointment, guys showed up with no explanation and did complete our winterization.
