I would absolutely recommend these guys. Super fast response to scheduling a repair appt and all repairs were able to be done same day. We were even able to add some upgrades to help the system run more smoothly. Thank you, Jacob!!!!
They have a $120 trip fee for repair visits but refuse to share pricing for the actual repairs over the phone. It's the most ridiculous approach I've heard: a new customer has to commit to paying a high fee to get a quote and risk being stuck with an above-market repair fee structure! Opaque pricing like this just lacks business sense.
I was super impressed with this company, in particular Bradley Allen who was my technician. Bradley was extremely professional, diligent, and highly knowledgeable. He explained in detail the issues with my system, described the steps he was taking to repair the issues, and gave me some tips on how to ensure the system would work well into the future. Bradley was fantastic and he made the experience five stars. Thank you!!
Came out on a Saturday within hours of calling. Bradley explained everything and got us up and back in service in no time. Appreciate the help before the spring/summer season.
Called them this morning and got everything back in working order in just a few hours. Chris was very personable and took time to explain everything to me. I'd definitely call them again if for no other reason than the quick service.
