Boden, arrived on time while Updating me of his appointment schedule. He got my system working in 30 minutes with all my stations functioning properly.
Boden was terrific-super communicative. I called but did not leave a voicemail yet he still returned my call! I got confirmation of my appointment, a reminder about it, and he let me know when he was on his way. He was friendly and professional and able to find and fix my issue in about 15 min. I’ll definitely be calling Sprinkler Medix again when I have a problem!
Micah and Jay did a great job turning my sprinklers back on for Spring. They walked through my lawn with me and even replaced a few sprinkler heads that were damaged. Overall, a positive experience!
My new sprinkler system is efficiently working and the snow removal by Sprinkler Medix was fantastic. I am grateful for the new quiet spray system installed that doesn't wake me up or distract me from the peace of watching the sunrise or sunset. Boden and his workers are cheerful, superior communicators, and pure fun to have working in your yard.
