In response to Paul’s review…the customer was notified that the damage to his sprinkler line was noticed prior to winterizing, and that the repair would be done in the spring or summer. When the following season came, that repair was made. Also, Paul was given a complete walk around of his system, explaining how the system operates, being that he never owned a system before.
