Nick arrived early and fixed the problem quickly and adjusted and replaced some heads for me in addition. I appreciate the quality and professional service
Replaced my sprinkler manifold and valves, and helped me work through issues in an immeidate and timely manner. The owner Mike is friendly, personable, and knowledgeable, and went above and beyond to help me with my questions and concerns. Will be utilizing this company again in the future.
The technician was prompt and seemed to be capable of repairing my Back flow problem. However, the repair has started to leak after about a week, so I have had to bother my tenants to reschedule a call back, which is a nuisance. Also, be aware that Sprinkler Doctor, subs the work out to a company called Sage Solutions, a company that does different kinds of repairs, including fireplace cleaning. They don't tell you this when you call for an appointment and I would not have chosen this company had I known.
Nick did an excellent job of diagnosing our issue and advising us on the next best steps to optimize our sprinkler systems performance! He was on time, communicative and very friendly!
