Horrible service or should I say lack of service. I was given an estimated time of arrival on a Friday afternoon and nobody showed up. When I called back I was told by the driver he would arrive in 25 minutes. I have not seen or heard from any representative from Sprinkle Septic yet and it has been 6 days. Their broken promises and lack of respect really made for a difficult weekend for a family which includes a widow. I ended up using a more responsive company and actually had two tanks pumped.
