Asked them to perform an auto inspection to see what might need repairing (ie belts, hoses etc.) Paid for the inspection then asked them to quote how much it would be to repair their "recomendations". Didnt see a need to get the recomendations in writing because they gave the impression they were going to work on it that week. Well one week goes by and no quote, then two, then 3 separate personal visits asking for the quote. Each time the owner said hed call that day. HE NEVER CALLED! This is a great place. They dont have a fancy waiting area, but they are great mechanics. They get the job done and charge a fair and honest rate.
Honest and fair. They are usually busy due to this fact. The owner is very straight forward and to the point. The mechanics are extremely knowledgeable and have a lot of real world experience. Timing of when the work gets done has been hit or miss. I would definitely recommend using their services.
