Extremely poor communication both booking and when the bike was getting service (You'll have to remind them of what they booked for you, and also keep on calling them to know when you'll get your bike back) Charge over $1000 for a major service and can't even be bothered to change the air filter Bike now is shifts poorly when cold, was great before they touched it
Walked in this morning. 2 guys leaning on the counter, he says to me, yeah? I say got a flat tyre, he says, two weeks mate, we are snowed under...... No one was doing a thing in the work shop.... Pathetic
Bought a new Suzuki 650sv great price and great staff very helpful
I'd like to give a big shout out to to the guys and girls @ Springwood Suzuki, having just recently had a major service done on my bike. The service department there were fantastic, especially Ryan who booked me in and listened carefully what I wanted done Thnx again Springwood Suzuki
