unhappy experience This was a very disappointing purchasing experience. They failed to honor their promise of providing a free 7kW charger. After making me wait for nearly four months, they simply told me to contact MG Australia myself, saying it was not their responsibility. However, my purchase contract was signed with this dealership, not with MG Australia. I am extremely disappointed with their customer service. I would advise anyone considering buying a car from this dealership to be cautious. buying

I’ve been bringing my car here for a while now and the experience has consistently been excellent. Nothing is ever a hassle for the team. The service managers do a fantastic job of keeping me updated throughout the day, and the work is always completed on time and to a very high standard. I have recently had my mg serviced here and I dont think I would go anywhere else. From the service people to the office staff, I have not come across nicer people. I had a couple of issues with my car, which were covered under warranty and it was not a problem for them at all. I also needed to pick my car up for an emergency and it was not a problem for them to have it ready for me. Always have kept me updated with how my car was going during the day.
