Just took delivery of a new QS Essence and the experience was faultless. From the purchase to the follow up communications to the actual delivery (which happened 2 weeks earlier than expected).. What a disgrace of a dealership. Changed booking without notice, and proceeded to blame me, no communication of any kind whilst booking or follow up. No return phone calls, no apologies. Will never take my car here and will tell others to do the same

I came in this morning about 11.30, there was noone else in the car yard, it was lightly spitting and I really wanted to check out the ZS Essence.. there was a group of sales men sitting inside in what i assume was the lounge area, real chill, legs crossed, laughing & joking and having a great time while I wondered the lot for 10 minutes before leaving with zero acknowledgement. Despite looking at other brands, I had my eye on the MG but I drove all that way for literally nothing.
