Horrible. (Potentially) criminal. Do not buy from any Cricks Highway dealers. The new Volvo they sold us has spent so much time in their workshop we’ve lost count. Staff, especially management, stopped answering our calls. Leave a message they will not call you back. Nobody will reply to any of our emails (not days, but weeks!). This latest fault, we haven’t seen the car in a month. Then someone broke into it on their lot. I’ve now had to get my car transferred to a different dealership. Great to deal with
Bought our new LDV at Keema Springwood last week. From the moment we met Dale N, he was super friendly, very helpful and knowledgeable about the cars. Everything from test drives, contracts and picking up the car went very smoothly. Hopefully all the after sale service will go as well as the pre sales service.
Absulutely the worst experience at Springwood Keema. 10 months to get a warrenty issue sorted. 2 and half weeks to fix while no loan car. Paperwork not even sent to ldv to get a car. No call backs, do not go there. The worst I have been treated EVER at a car centre. LDV take them off your books.
