Had my car booked in for a service a month away as they were busy, however a check engine light came on and these guys moved a lot around to get it in and take a look, that definitely put me at ease and had nothing but clear, concise and professional communication. Not sure if anyone else has had the same issue however big problem with them both respecting and listening to a potential client. 4 times I had let them know I was only available to speak, as I work... Like everyone else, between 1:00-1:30pm as this is my lunch time and I'm free to chat. To my surprise every single time they called it was outside of these hours.
