RUN while you can. Do not touch an LDV or expect any kind of customer service from these guys. I have brought two cars through them and if I could give 0 stars I would. They never call back, have to drive into the centre to follow up on things they don’t. They have trashed my car, returned to me cover in oil inside and out. Have your car for the day or even weeks and never fix the issue and always have to keep coming back. If you don’t want RUST and happy to do their job for them then sure go for it….. never ending headache.... read more
I will never recommend anyone to buy LDV. My van LDV deliver 9 is under warranty and its transmission has gone. I dropped my van with these guys about 2 months ago. I got no information from them I am the one chasing them all the time. Very poor customer service, no loan van provided so that I can continue my work. I am still waiting and don’t know what’s actually going on. I am so pissed off right now but I am being very respectful and patient with the people working there.
