If i could give no stars i would. The service at keema is a joke. Have been trying to get answers about my rubbing seats and peeling steering wheel for almost 2 months. The issue was mentioned at 30KM service but they had no record. Then asked again at 45KM to have it looked it for warranty, was told steering wheel is “damaged” and need to replace for 1k its not its only peeling and started before the 30KM. Service department is terrible. Overheard service manager saying they are not LDV. I then heard him call a customer profanity. Shocking

I wanted to acknowledge the LDV service team as I've recently had a great experience the moment I stepped in the door. Friendly, updated me as the day went on with news of my car service, my car actually getting serviced was a big plus as others have let me down before. Was super nice that the car get a bonus wash aswell. Hopefully this keeps up as I've had a bad experience elsewhere. Thank you guys
