Absulutely the worst experience at Springwood Keema. 10 months to get a warrenty issue sorted. 2 and half weeks to fix while no loan car. Paperwork not even sent to ldv to get a car. No call backs, do not go there. The worst I have been treated EVER at a car centre. LDV take them off your books.
Do not service your car here! They have had our car for 8 weeks with absolutely nothing done. Not even a diagnosis as to what's wrong, no hire car as they still haven't lodged the car is in for a warranty repair. Will call 37 times in one day with no a single call answered. Requested call backs from the call centre and have never received a call back. Finally get through to management Zac and was told the team had dropped the ball and was very apologetic. My Sons truck broke down, they still havnt fixed it, he has been waiting 8 weeks, no courtesy car, they dont even answer the phone, the manager promised to call with an update today and hasnt. Absolute rubbish service. CRAP..had to give 1 star to allow me to post.
The service department at Keema Springwood is something to be avoided at the least only given 1 star because I have to. The last 2 times I have been have been nothing short of incompetent . Last time I booked in to get a tonneau cover installed and floor mats installed which were sold to be despite being on backorder and to fix the dreaded 02 sensor light was told 4 hours and ended being 8 ?? My Ldv van was in for repairs that took ten weeks. The manager Mandy treated me like a worthless human being. I submitted my details for a hire car and asked for updates weekly without any response. I’m a small business owner and the treatment and support by Springwood Ldv keema has really hurt me financially and mentally. Mandy’s treatment has been unprofessional and disrespectful without any accountability. Keema claims that they are a family owned business celebrating good customer service is false advertising.
