Great service from the team Dealing with steve from finance and Steve from Ldv made it a great experience getting the ldv terron 9, also phoebe was thorough in very informative regarding the contracts. Highly recommended
My Husband and I brought a new T60 max2 plus back in September paid cash. But noticed on pick up the wings on back not put back on. Inquired told us they throw them out. But was not informed. It was part of the contract we signed. Not happy as we are still chasing part down. Dale and Adrian still giving us bullshit stories on how we are getting the part. I went to parts department can order one for over $2000. So why cant they order one. There stuff up. I would not recommend this car yard.
After deciding we liked the look of the LDV T60 we called into LDV Springwood and met Andrew who was lovely and answered all of questions thoroughly. We took a T60 out then and there for a test drive decided that yes we want one and within just over a week took possession of our own T60. We met Adrian who was lovely and gave us some great advice for detailing our black Ute and Stephen who also was lovely and completed our paperwork . We are very happy
This is the second review I am writing on the same points of dissatisfaction with Keema LDV Springwood. A copy from my review that I have posted to "Smash Attack's" website, which is also pertinent to Keema LDV Springwood Customer Service and their quality control.......
