The worst hotel I’ve ever stayed at in America. I barely slept and left asap. I slept in my clothes and later washed those clothes and everything else that I brought into the room. Since there was a big game in town I paid $150. Place needs to be tore down. Any positive reviews must be fake by the way. Expedia should be ashamed . The owner/manager was nice though.
When I first pulled in I was a little nervous, but when I walked in and the greeting of welcome I got from the hotel staff was amazing, the New GM Chris was amazing the customer service was exceptional, I read a lot of reviews that where not good but I’m glad I decided to stay here every one deserves a chance , Chris is very accommodating and is willing to help out anyway possible. Good luck to Mr . Chris the New GM
We booked this room through Expedia. We showed up on a Friday night and the office was totally dark and closed. The hotel itself looked abandoned and there were only a few drug addict people walking around. We had our children and did not feel safe staying there. They refused to give my money back and lied about the state of the hotel saying that they are always full on game weekends (which is a blatant lie). There were only 2 cars in the parking lot total. My daughter had a reservation for this hotel on Oct 11-12, 2025, upon arrival to check in a gentleman sitting in the lobby proceeded to follow her out to my car and continued to bother her and tell her where her room was. Then followed her back into the hotel. She left because she is a young female and this was concerning to her and her safety as this guy did not work there.
