I took my daughter to the health hub Springwood for an iron infusion. We waited over 2 and a half hours before we even got into the room to start the infusion. By the time we walked out my daughter was traumatised!. Not only could they not get the needle into her vain on both arms but they moved on to her hands in which they blew a vain in one of them.
