I recently purchased a car from GWM Springwood, and unfortunately, the entire experience was extremely disappointing. I placed a deposit and visited on a Saturday during their big sale event. The sales rep immediately sat us down and pushed paperwork for me to sign before I had even seen the car or been given a trade-in value. My partner had to stop him and ask for these details. Sad state of customer service. Was here at gwm springwood today to enquire about a particular gwm model, but was told to go over to their Nissan showroom. At the Nissan showroom I was told to go back to gwm. Back at gwm I was told to go back to their Nissan showroom. I had enough and just left. If this is their initial customer service, I dread to know any further.
