I call the Springwood family medical and a lady named Vanessa answered the phone I told her I need to book an appointment here. and I said it's for a kid in my care as I'm a department of Child protection and she said straight away quote, We don't see DCP kids and hung up the phone.
This is my 1st ever review but I feel I must warn people due to the disgusting, uncaring & unethical treatment that I have received. Avoid this ( so called) practice as if your life depended on it...because in my case..it very nearly has. Their refusal to write an ordinary,( not a scheduled Authority, addictive or restricted in any way) but essential script for a person with one of my specific but extremely serious illnesses which has already caused an extreme flare up that has previously resulted in along stay in I.C.U with... read more
Surely as a Gp one would read,scan patients notes prior to seeing them.This would reduce meaningless tests which waste their time and mine ,which could cause unnecessary upset and worry. Just feels Robotic and lacking empathy.
Would give them zero if I could My advice to the surgery " Keep the owner of the Surgery away from the public and leave it to your very good staff." Back to 1 star, can't get a telehealth appointment for a life saving prescription for a week. Just a script a week wait, ridiculous.
Pleasant staff and professional atmosphere.
