Censorship, lies/deception, false advertising, platitudes, greed, bullying, multiple delays. They've got it all. They only want to know you when you are a prospective buyer. The levels of apathy, disdain and contempt only increase after you complete each stage, from contract signing, to money exchanged, to land handover and by the time you finally (due to massive delays with land handover) become a resident they don't want to know you or have anything to do with you. Asher from the Discovery Center felt very helpful and friendly. Just in the Hills of Gawler.. some lots have a view of the city. Good spot... Seems like it's going to be one of the nicer areas. The local shops seem to be good too. Particularly the Vietnamese cafe / restaurant... Very good
