Springwood repaired the siding and underlying rot on portions of our house in Orono. They did a very good job. They were communicative about their schedule and performed the task on a timely basis. They also kept us informed as they went, sending us photographs and descriptions of the work as they went.
My husband and I were very pleased with our experience using Springwood Builders for our bathroom renovation...tearing out the bathtub and replacing it with a walk-in, tiled shower stall. We found Peter to be very honest, punctual, knowledgeable and skilled. The best recommendation is that we have hired him for our next reconstruction/house repair project next year.
Peter and his team are fantastic to work with! They are professional, friendly, and answered all my questions. We had several small projects that needed to be done in our home and the process was smooth. We would highly recommend!
I hired Pete to build our front and back decks. Pete was extremely responsive to my texts, calls, and emails. I had lots of questions and he answered them all. He was able to provide me with a contract that spelled out what I was paying for labor, materials, and a pretty accurate timeframe for how long the project would take (weather would play a part). From start to finish they were very easy to work with! They communicated well and handled everything, and we were left with a beautiful garage that came in within the estimate given! I would seek to hire them again if the need ever arose.
