All Staff is very helpful and accommodating!
Overpriced, outdated and rude. I’ve been a loyal tenant here for over 3 years and have had nothing but a hard time. Rent is almost 2k a month for a poorly updated and VERY old condo. Maintenance is like pulling teeth to actually get something done, just for them to do a shotty job on whatever we need done. AC went out for the summer and it’s taken over a month to be fixed and it still hasn’t been. I made a mistake moving here. The maintenance has been extremely disappointing. One of my appliances was broken, and it took over two weeks for someone to come out and fix it. On top of that, this is the 2nd summer the pool has been closed for most of the summer because of supposed “chemical issues.” The pool itself is dirty, and instead of hiring a professional pool service, they have the maintenance staff trying to clean it.
