Gary has serviced our new hot tub. My husband and I knew nothing about hot tubs and Gary took time to explain how it all worked and even the how and when to use the chemicals. The hot tub was bought used so Gary took time to really look over everything and make sure it was all working properly. When a part needed to be replaced he came back and installed without charging extra trip charges. I used Springwater Services to resurface my Pool on a high rise condo building in Atlanta in 2011. Though they were not the least expensive, the owner, Gary, was a true professional and performed the project perfectly. I believe in paying for quality and professionalism - and that is what I received. Recently, in July 2013, I needed pump and piping repairs and renovations. I again called Springwater. Highly recommend. So professional, courteous, and smart. Took the time to explain everything to us. They figured out the $8.00 problem with our hot tub after we received a $1000 quote from a different company! One stop shop because they had everything available - we even bought a cover from them and they came out and installed it for us.
