The staff at Springwall is very uneducated when it comes to their products and how they are manufactured. I was unfortunate enough to speak with a sales rep by the name of Simon who felt it wouldn't make a difference if I knew the soybean oil percents used in the manufacturing. I am a consumer asking a question so it matters. The staff also advised that if this mattress is gassing off it shouldn't at all. Wrong! Almost everything gases off vocs.
