The staff at Springwall is very uneducated when it comes to their products and how they are manufactured. I was unfortunate enough to speak with a sales rep by the name of Simon who felt it wouldn't make a difference if I knew the soybean oil percents used in the manufacturing. I am a consumer asking a question so it matters. The staff also advised that if this mattress is gassing off it shouldn't at all. Wrong! Almost everything gases off vocs. I bought a true north chiropractor mattress at keltic furniture in Sydney Nova Scotia, we bought the mattress on Sept .17,2024.The mattress was delivered but we had to finish some stuff in the room before we could sleep in the room,anyway when we did sleep on it we felt we were sliding off the bed,we had bought a mattresss cover as well for 140.00 to go on it,first we took the mattress cover off of the bed to see if that was it,wasn’t that,we took the mattress off the frame and put it on the floor to see if it was that,wasn’... read more

Tried calling cause I got a new bed through a second party. The customer service lady today was rude and she should have handled the situation better. I understand the frustration that may cause, but please don't take it out on customers.
