Worst experince..I purchased defective mattress last year..they claim that it is firm mattress and give warranty for 5 years.. but Mattress lost its firmness within a few months and when I contact their claim department they excuse that it is your comfort issue.. Never trust this company warranty.. it's completely waste of money..
Load was supposed to be done at 2pm and got it only after 6pm. Always the same stories.
