Not only is new management rude, they confirmed my unit with me on a friday then cut my lock of my unit on Monday "claiming" I called and wanted a new unit! I thought I had it straightened out, then I noticed they charged me for a new unit! I called and got no reply. Called again days later and she said she put a credit on my account.
