I took a tiller to this shop, I explained that someone had already messed with it and I needed it running. A week later I call to check on it and Stacy told me it was ready. When I arrived to pick it up I was told it still had a little surge but it probably just needed to be ran. His exact words were “it’s ready to be in dirt” I took it home and attempted to use it.
