I didn't actually see this provider; I didn't get that far, as the receptionist was so awkward and rude and made me feel so uncomfortable. I called to schedule an appointment and used the word "check up" and she said, "we don't do that here." LOL, what? She said, "yes, if you want your heart and lungs and all that checked, you will have to see another kind of doctor." It was very bizarre and patronizing. Obviously I was calling a gynecologist because I want my lady parts to be checked. Why would she be so obtuse? I declined ... read more
I absolutely love Dr. Steven and Dr. Jeff Nance! They are both so knowledgeable and caring. As soon as you walk into the office, you are greeted by friendly staff ready to help you with anything you need and make you feel so at ease. Dr. Steven Nance delivered both of my children, and I keep returning for all my GYN needs. Thank you, Valley OB/GYN Springville, for your exemplary service!
Worst OBGYN I’ve ever been to I didn’t even get to see the doctor because there staff was SO rude, nosy and it gave me racism vibes, the doctor was passing by and said probably this isn’t the clinic you want to be in, it was really sad and I left that place crying. I DO NOT RECOMMEND !
I was treated really good Dr. Jeff Nance and Dr. Steven Nance did a great job with my pregnancies. I had 2 C-section when it was time for the delivery. Dr.Jeff and Dr. Steven made sure I was doing okay ask me questions and he also made sure my husband was okay and ready. You guys do a great job. Thank you so much.
