Confused to why no one answers the phone yet in this time of covid no one wants patients to just pop in.
Dr. Wu is competent enough to handle simple, straightforward medical problems but don’t confront him with anything difficult. I have experienced chronic, crippling pain but because Dr. Wu didn’t understand it, he acted like it didn’t exist and never offered any help whatsoever. I am deeply troubled by a physician who ignores his patient’s suffering out of his own ignorance.
Dr. Wu is the first doctor I have seen that actually listens and pays attention to all symptoms. He asks questions and seems genuinely determined to help.
