Doctor Kim Nguyen is very professional helpful and caring gentle his knowledge is above and beyond
Former patient here. Do not go to this clinic. I have been disappointed by this clinic several times. I had discussed my physiological issues and Dr.Josephine Ong has yet to provide any substantial help and has acted unprofessional (dismissive of my personal ailments and has shown lack of care towards her work). Also you have to pay for the doctor appointment even with medicare rebates so please consider this before making an appointment there.
Avoid Dr Theta , I found her sexist toward myself and does not seem to like males, I waited 45 minutes whilst she saw a female patient, only for her to finally see me and rush me out in around 5 minutes without really addressing my concern, there are better doctors at this practice.
Staff asking my cultural background when I question the bulk billing claim and they charged me the transaction incured from 7 May 2025 when I come the see my Doctor on 02 December 2025. It is quite racist and un-professional.
