Staff asking my cultural background when I question the bulk billing claim and they charged me the transaction incured from 7 May 2025 when I come the see my Doctor on 02 December 2025. It is quite racist and un-professional.
I had an appointment with Dr. Melinda Lun at 9：30 am 13th of November. I was there on time and I waited for 10 mins but no one called me. I asked the reception and she told me keep waiting. I waited another 10 mins and still no one called me. I told the reception I need to go and my work starts 10 am and asked her to cancel the appointment. And this morning I received the message said I missed the appointment.
Dr. Dilan was attentive and caring. Highly recommend.
In my interactions with SSMC over the last 5 years I have always found their Doctors and staff to be incredibly professional. I recently took my son to get a shoulder injury examined and he felt very assured and comforted by the manner in which his concerns were handled and the solution - referral to a specialist. Highly recommend this medical practice for families.
I have no idea how Dr Ong still has her accreditation. There is a significant lack of skill, compassion, and empathy in the way she practices. Her retirement is long overdue.
