Went this morning to collect my prescription this morning was prescribed a totally different medication meant for a different patient, when I went to the receptionist to tell her they'd given me someone elses medication, she looked at me and said "what do you want me to do I'm not magic" so I've just come home with someone elses medication.

AWFUL! Uncaring had to change doctors surgery to get red flagged!
Would give 0 stars if I could. The receptionists think they are Doctors themselves.
