I had a very positive experience from start to finish. The entire process was well organised, from receiving my GP referral through to booking, confirmation, and the clear pre- and post-procedure instructions provided. The administrative staff, nurses, and doctors were all friendly, professional, and helpful, making the experience as comfortable as possible. Avoid this place at all cost. Hidden charge from pathology service which was not informed. Non private patient- pays $250 and with private health Pays $ 200 and still claim hundreds of dollars from private health fund.

Dr Anne and Dr Kevin (anesthetist) were fantastic. So reassuring and professional and empathetic. I have a 6 month old and was so worried about breastfeeding and both doctors were very accommodating and kind. Excellent post-procedure follow up and bedside manner. The nurses were also great. The 1 star was deducted for the absolute disaster of a receptionist. She's rude and abrasive and seems to struggle with basic tasks. Really would be better off without her.

Dr Phil & Dr Cynthia were absolutely fantastic to deal with, friendly receptionist as well, I had a great experience!
