After my primary dentist of 10 years passed away I felt very nervous about finding not only a new clinic but a new dentist, especially since I had an infection and needed a new pair of retainers as well. Other doctors are good to recommend! However, Dr. Juree Im is not a good choice. She is rude and doesn’t listen to her clients’ preferences. Even when we came in well-informed a week in advance, she didn’t make any adjustments to fit our needs. We needed to fit a black hole and a big hole before the teeth gate, but she still hasn’t fixed the black point on my teeth. I’ve asked her repeatedly to fix it, but she keeps ignoring me.
