Honestly, the best experience of buying a car I have had in a very long time. Communication from the first enquiry was fantastic. Car was everything they said it was. They agreed to sort a couple of (little) things before the sale. MOT and service was done and I picked it up. I had a warranty. And they made sure that I knew they offered it with honesty. I checked the car and took it for test drive, and ended up buying the car. Came with a new Mot and service, and full Valet too. I would highly recommend Springvale car Sales. Very professional service.
I recently bought a Volvo V60 from Springvale, and I have never before experienced such exceptional service. The car itself is brilliant, and before I collected it they made sure everything was A1 with it, new timing belt, service and fresh MOT. Since then I’ve realised that there were a couple of things missing from the car, which they willingly obtained for me, and also paid for the cost of programming the spare key. Friendly, efficient and not pushy, very highly recommended!
