Some of the staff was wonderful. I did have an issue with items missing items that I bought for my dad’s comfort. When I complained to the administrator, I was told “it happens” That didn’t inspire any confidence in this facility.

Clean and inviting. Staff is fantastic and therapists are phenomenal. My mom has been there for 2 weeks now and is making steady progress after a massive stroke. I recommend visiting in person to get the warmth of the facility.
We had my mother in-law moved to this facility from another one. Springtree is SO much better. The staff is very friendly and helpful. We are very happy with our decision and wouldn't hesitate to use them again.
Hi, I have been here since I believe July 24th. One of the very first CNA’s I met was KATHIA DAUPHIN. All through she may not been working on my wing she would always come by to say Hello and see how I was feeling. However when she was working on my wing there was nothing too big or too little that I could ask of her and always did it with a smile on her face!
